Real Estate Website Design

Website Design for Real Estate Developers and Brokerages

A real estate website presents projects and units with their photos, floor plans and map locations, and turns an interested visitor into an enquiry that reaches the sales team. We build it for property developers, brokerages and property managers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, in Arabic and English. It takes 4 to 8 weeks for a company site that presents its projects, and longer for a listings site with search and broker accounts. Market guides put a brokerage or developer site presenting its properties at SAR 5,000–25,000, and a custom-built listings site at SAR 25,000–100,000. Tell us how many projects and units you have and you will get a written quote within 24 hours.

Who is this for?

  • Property developers marketing one project or several
  • Brokerages listing units for sale and rent
  • Property managers that want to show vacancies and take requests
  • Developers launching a new phase that need orderly interest registration
  • Companies targeting buyers and investors who read in English

What you get

A page for every project

Location, master plan, amenities, unit types, gallery and project status, with its own interest form.

Unit listings with search and filters

Filter by city, district, type, area, price and bedrooms, with each unit marked available, reserved or sold.

Maps and locations

The project or unit on a map with nearby landmarks, and search results shown on the map where needed.

Floor plans and tours

A plan with areas for each unit type, plus photos, video and a virtual tour if you have one.

Lead capture

An interest form and WhatsApp button on every unit and project, carrying the unit name and traffic source to sales.

Connected to your sales system

The enquiry enters the CRM and is assigned to an agent, so it is not lost between email and WhatsApp.

Advertising detail fields

A field for the advertising licence number and advertiser details on each unit, filled by your team and shown on the page.

A dashboard for units

Add a unit and change its status, price and photos without a developer, with Excel import for large lists.

What should a real estate website achieve?

A property buyer spends weeks comparing before making a call. They return to the site more than once, send it to family, and hold one floor plan against another project’s. The site that gives them complete information, meaning the price or its range, the area, the location and the unit’s status, stays on their shortlist. The one that hides everything behind "contact us" drops off it.

The sales team, for its part, wants a qualified enquiry rather than a bare phone number. So we design interest forms to carry the unit or project the visitor was viewing and where they came from, and the agent starts the call already knowing what the client cares about.

Developer site or brokerage site? The pages differ

A developer’s site revolves around the project: the story of the place, the master plan, unit types and construction progress. There are few pages and each goes deep. A brokerage’s site revolves around the list: hundreds of units that change daily, with search and filtering as the most important feature.

Deciding which one you are from the start saves a lot of budget. A developer with two projects does not need a property search engine, and a brokerage with five hundred units cannot make do with a photo gallery.

  • Developer: a page per project, unit types, an availability table, construction progress and interest registration
  • Brokerage: search and filters, a page per unit, favourites, and an alert when a matching unit appears
  • Property management: vacant units, viewing requests, and a form for owners who want their property managed
  • Shared: about the company, the licences it holds, articles and contact

Template or custom site?

A small office listing twenty units is well served by a ready-made property template, or even a simple brochure site where properties are added as ordinary pages. It costs less and launches sooner, and we recommend it when it is enough.

A custom site becomes necessary when the list grows or gets complicated: map search, unit statuses updated from the sales system, broker accounts, two languages and a CRM connection. Templates struggle here because they build search on general-purpose plugins that slow down with hundreds of units and photos.

What gets a real estate website found on Google?

A property search is made of a type and a place: apartments for sale in a given district, or villas in a city. The pages that match those combinations bring the traffic. So we build city, district and property-type pages generated from the listings themselves, each with its own title, description and content, plus structured data for the units.

Property photos are the heaviest thing on the site, so we compress them and load them progressively to keep browsing fast on mobile. That is what we build for search. Ranking depends on competition, which is strong in property with the large portals around, and on time, and we do not promise a position.

Real estate advertising rules

Real estate advertising in the Kingdom is regulated and overseen by the Real Estate General Authority, and its rules include those on advertising licences and advertiser details. We build fields for this information into every unit and project so that it shows on the page, and the dashboard can block a unit from being published until they are filled, if you wish.

What exactly applies to your company, and anything specific to off-plan sales or other activities, is for you to confirm with the Authority, the relevant bodies and your legal adviser. We implement technically what you decide and do not give a regulatory opinion. Interest forms are built with the Personal Data Protection Law in mind: clear consent, a privacy policy and defined access.

What to prepare, and which mistakes to avoid

The most important thing to prepare is the unit list in a tidy file, because the shape of the data decides the shape of search and filtering. Decide early who updates a unit’s status and when: a sold unit still on display wastes the client’s time and the agent’s.

  • The unit file: type, area, price, district and status
  • High-quality photos and floor plans, and accurate map locations
  • The licence and advertising details that will appear on pages
  • Common mistake: hiding price and area, then waiting for the client to call
  • Common mistake: only 3D renders of a finished project, without one real photo
  • Common mistake: enquiries landing in a general inbox, assigned to no one

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate website cost?

Market guides put a brokerage or developer site presenting its properties at SAR 5,000–25,000, an advanced site connected to a CRM, WhatsApp and viewing booking at SAR 20,000–50,000, and a custom-built listings site with search, a map and accounts at SAR 25,000–100,000. These are market ranges, not our price, and we send a written quote within 24 hours.

What is the difference between a developer’s site and a brokerage site?

A developer’s site presents a small number of projects in depth: the plan, unit types, amenities and construction progress. A brokerage site presents a large, changing list of units, and its key features are search, filters and the map. The first is closer to a company website and the second to a platform, with different cost and timelines.

Can we add units and update their status ourselves?

Yes. You add a unit from the dashboard with its photos, plan and location, and change its status and price at any time. For large lists we provide Excel import. If you have a sales system that holds the units, it can be connected to update the site automatically where the system allows it.

Do enquiries reach our sales system?

Yes. Every interest form and every WhatsApp click carries the unit or project name and the traffic source. It arrives by email and WhatsApp, or enters a CRM and is assigned to an agent automatically if you have one or want one built. That stops enquiries going missing and shows which campaign brought a real client.

Does the site allow for real estate advertising rules?

We build the fields that display the advertising licence number and advertiser details on each unit, and can require them before publishing. The requirements that apply to your activity are for you to confirm with the Real Estate General Authority and the relevant bodies. We implement what you decide technically and do not give regulatory advice.

Can units be shown on a map?

Yes. Each unit or project appears at its location, and all search results can be shown on the map and filtered by drawing an area. Map services are billed by usage by their provider: one company’s site uses little, while wide geographic search raises the cost. The quote explains this.

Is a ready-made property template enough?

It is for a small office with a limited number of units, and it is quicker and cheaper. It runs out with hundreds of units, map search, a sales system connection or broker accounts. We review the size of your list and your plans and say plainly which option fits you now.

Do we need a mobile app as well?

Usually not at first. A fast responsive site serves a buyer who searches a few times and then buys. An app earns its cost for listings platforms that users return to constantly, or for serving owners and tenants after the sale. We build the site so that it can feed an app later without a rebuild.

Who owns the site, and what happens after launch?

The domain, hosting, code and enquiry data are in your company’s name, and the delivery date is written into the contract and kept. After launch you get fast technical support and a video guide to managing units, and you can agree a maintenance plan covering updates and backups.
